Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Edit Tree for your creative needs. We are committed to providing exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a project has started. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

Pre-Payment Refunds

If a full payment is made for a project that has not yet commenced, a full refund can be issued upon written request within 7 days of payment.

Unsatisfactory Work

If you are dissatisfied with the initial concept or draft, we will work diligently to revise the work to meet your expectations. If, after two revisions, you remain unsatisfied, we may offer a partial refund or rework the project at no additional cost.

Project Cancellation

If a project is canceled after work has begun, we reserve the right to charge a fee for services rendered up to the point of cancellation. This fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
